Since January 1, we have been doing business as Optics Balzers AG - an autonomous company with lean and streamlined structures enabling us to respond faster and more flexibly than ever to your needs. We are thus continuing the long tradition of the Balzers company as a global leader in the field of optical coatings. Our management is receiving support from regional private investors, who will proactively help shape the long-term development of our business. We will continue as up to now to remain your preferred partner for innovative optical solutions. This is ensured by our 150 highly motivated and qualified employees, our state-of-the-art production equipment, and our international sales and distribution network, which we will further expand.
Our new logo is an apt expression of our values and origins: uncompromising quality, performance, innovation, and our roots in Liechtenstein. The three-dimensional prism symbolizes our core competence, which time and again has enabled us in close cooperation with our customers worldwide to pioneer thin film technology, starting from our beginnings in 1946 up to the present day.
